All fees for virtual consultations are clearly displayed prior to booking and payment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the stated consultation fee and refund terms outlined below.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation without incurring any charges.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the session may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Technical issues or connection failures on our end that prevent your session from taking place.

Refunds are not provided for:
- Missed or unattended appointments without prior notice.
- Dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes or medical advice (since results vary per individual).
- Services that have already been rendered.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without notice will not be eligible for a refund. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of future booking privileges.
